Dan K.....A Great Stay

Four of us (2 kids and 2 adults) stayed four nights and couldn't have been happier.  When we arrived there were homemade cookies on the table and ice cream bars in freezer for the kids.  The cabin was very comfortable, even in warm weather, as we had 2 days over 90 degrees. Location is vrry convenient, just a couple minutes from gas and groceries in Custer and within sight of entrance to the Park. I really cannot think of a single negative thing to say. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat and will reccommend to friends looking to stay in the area.

Spectacular Location!

What a view, what a view, what  view! Our stay in this vintage cabin (but with all the mondern conveniences we think we need) was such a treat. We made coffee in the morning, lit the beautiful rock fireplace and watched the steam rise off Stokade Lake out our picture window.  The huge rock formations around the lake change color depending on the time of day.

We also appreciated the location of this cabin.  In the heart of the Hills, yet not in a line of other small cabins...and we didnt have to pack a load of household items.  The cabin is stocked and ready to bein a relaxing holiday.  Thinking about our next stay already!
